新媒体融合背景下地方性学术期刊如何走出困境——以“域出版”为中心

随着手机与互联网的紧密结合,移动出版概念应运而生,“域出版”逐渐成为学术期刊界关注的新型传播模式,期刊界对于重构学术传播新秩序的呼声也越来越高,地方性期刊对“域出版”的运用不失为改革的有效措施。“域出版”为地方性学术期刊的发展提供了有效途径,对“域出版”的应用还远没有发挥其真正的功能,学术期刊界应联合起来,共同打造“学术共同体”,积极利用“域出版”的创作功能,发挥特色栏目的优势。  相似文献   

Sexuality Education and Implications for Quality of Care for Individuals with Adult Onset Disability: A Review of Current Literature

Purpose: To investigate the need for sexuality education for individuals with adult onset physical disabilities as it relates to quality of life and to identify current trends in the provision of sexuality education by health care providers relating to quality of care.

Data Sources: Literature review from January 1986 to December 2016.

Study Selection: Studies were selected that outlined current trends in sexuality in health care, the impact of disability on sexuality, and sexuality education from the perspectives of both patients and health care providers.

Results: Searches in multiple databases yielded 41 articles that outlined the current state of sexuality education related to individuals with disabilities. The results demonstrate the importance of addressing sexuality after the onset of disability, and the inconsistencies that are present in health care practitioner education related to this topic.

Conclusion: Sexuality is an important aspect of the human experience and is greatly impacted by the onset of physical disability. Despite the acknowledgment of health care providers that sexuality should be addressed in clinical practice, there is a gap in knowledge and comfort stemming from a lack of formal education on this topic. In order to enhance the quality of services provided to individuals with physical disabilities, educational programs that focus on a multidisciplinary approach to sexuality education should be established.  相似文献

民国时期非书刊文献的整理出版分期与特征

民国时期非书刊文献历史价值、学术价值非常高,是研究中国近代史的重要资料。经查询梳理,新中国成立后1021种民国时期文献的整理出版物中,非书刊文献的整理出版物有275种,占到总量约1/4,其中包括档案、公报、会议资料、政府文件、资料汇编、调查报告、统计资料、名人年谱、家谱、日记、手稿及书信等,且基本上都是2000年以后的成果。本文以时间为序,将民国时期非书刊文献的整理出版分成3个时期:民国时期非书刊文献的整理出版经历了2000年以前起始发展,2000-2010年波折发展和2010年以后波浪增长3个发展阶段。分别阐述了3个阶段里非书刊的整理出版状况与特征,呈现出的问题表现为:从文献类型看,极不平衡;从出版机构看,过于集中;从出版内容看,选题集中;从编制形式看,索引缺失4个方面。需要出版社从协调选题,加大调研,突显特色等方面进行完善。  相似文献

Distributing and Showing Farmer Learning Videos in Bangladesh

Purpose: To describe the results of showing farmer learning videos through different types of volunteers.

Design/Methodology/Approach: Semi-structured interviews with volunteers from different occupational groups in Bangladesh, and a phone survey with 227 respondents.

Findings: Each occupational group acted differently. Shop keepers, tillage service providers, agricultural input and machine dealers reached fairly small audiences. Tea stall owners had large, male audiences. Non-governmental organisations and community-based organisations, reached more women. The cable TV (dish-line) operators showed the videos on local TV, but some were reluctant to do so again. The Union Information Service Centres showed the videos and reached women viewers. Half of the official government extension agents surveyed also showed the videos publically.

Practical Implication: This video featured maize, wheat and rice seeding machinery. Because the machinery is complex and requires hands-on training, this first video aimed to expose tillage and sowing service providers and farmers to the machinery, without trying to teach them how to use it. But some farmers were so interested that they watched the video many times to learn more about the equipment. Before farmers and service providers decide to buy machinery for direct seeding, they still want to see and learn from demonstration plantings, to examine first-hand how the crop behaves when planted with the new equipment.

Originality/Value: Video can be an effective way of sharing high-quality information with a large audience, if properly distributed.  相似文献   

基于上市公司年报分析的图书馆与数据库商博弈思路研究

[目的 /意义]针对图书馆数字资源采购谈判中面临的不合理合约、产品高定价、高涨幅等业内难题,引入上市公司年报分析法来寻求新的博弈思路。[方法 /过程]构建产业链分析、收入-利润指标、竞争力因素分析框架,以Elsevier、中国知网、Clarivate三家数据库商为分析案例,发现竞争力、利润、续订率是数据库商最关注的3个方面,认为图书馆在与数据库商的博弈中同时存在主动性和被动性两方面,在过去的谈判思路中对营业成本与涨价幅度、利润率和参考对象、开放获取与社会责任的认知有一定偏差。[结果 /结论 ]图书馆在开放信息生态下将面临新一轮的资金压力和业务重塑,应从探索零和博弈、重复博弈的竞争性策略,资金适度向国内学术出版商倾斜,寻求媒体关注、法律支持,深化数字出版产品价格相关研究方面应对新的挑战。  相似文献
